Personally, I'm not into sharing but I've seen an acquaintance of mine get cucked by one of my ex friends. The guy had a droopy look on his face so it was bound to happen sooner or later. I really dislike brute-forced garbage drama like this the most. Nothing was holding him from explaining the situation to Cai'er, and no doubt the next episode will be extremely painful to watch with a million misunderstandings piled of top of each other. 1/10 ending for the tournament arc.

It clearly says "teammates". As in, multiple. Why is it such a big deal that he chooses one or the other first? Clearly choose the girlfriend first, who was ranked fourth, then the alchemist later who made an impression, but ultimately wouldn't make the top cut.
